SimpleAPI.org grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for internal business purposes. Restrictions apply to reverse engineering, redistribution, and unlawful use.

3. Subscriptions & Free Tiers

Free tiers may have feature or usage limits. Paid tiers provide additional access. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Service intellectual property belongs to SimpleAPI.org. Customer retains ownership of their generated content, subject to anonymized analytical use.

5. Warranties & Limitations

The Service is provided “as is”. Liability is limited to the lesser of amounts paid in the last 12 months or USD 1,000.

6. Term & Termination

These Terms apply during active subscription. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance.
